He was involved in two management buy-outs of the company, in April 2007 with GIMV and Iris Capital as well as in December 2003 with Prime Technology Ventures. Hugo Verwijs is responsible for the execution of the company strategy to become a global player in the field of data quality software. He has more than 25 years of experience in the field of data and data quality. Previously he was employed by Dun & Bradstreet for 10 years, leading the sales organization. As founder and managing director he also worked for MarktSelect. His last position was managing director of a large call center organization within TPG Post.

About Prof. Dr. Ed Peelen
Ed Peelen is Professor of (Direct) Marketing at the Center for Marketing and Supply Chain Management.
He is specialized in customer relationship management, direct marketing, account management and marketing in general. He organizes several programs on these topics at Nyenrode for managers and specialists and is the academic supervisor of several PhD students. He has written eighteen books and numerous articles in both managerial and academic journals.
Professor Peelen is Chairman of the jury for awarding the company with the best results in the field of CRM, editorial board member of the Journal of Interactive Marketing as well as a partner in ICSB, marketing and strategy consultants.
He completed his PhD in 1989 at Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam on relationship marketing and was one of the first to introduce this topic in the Netherlands. -

About Dipl. Kfm. Michael Mielke
Michael Mielke studied economics, business administration, sociology at the Federal Arms University of Hamburg and received his diploma in 1989. He also studied international management at the Federal Arms University of Munich and Accounting and Finance in Houston Texas. He focused his scientific work on statistic, decision making and operations research. He has worked as an international consultant in quality management systems, managerial accounting, process engineering.
In the past 3 years he managed mostly IT and Change management projects where he could contribute his experience from former information technology projects for financial institutions. He wrote lots of articles in quality management and information systems in Germany and is one of the most requested speakers at conferences. Actually he leads the competence center information technology within the TQM-Team, an internal consultant department of Deutsche Bahn. Information Quality combines his interests for information systems and quality management. He works closely together with MIT TDQM Program, develops a Benchmark system to evaluate Quality Management Activities and investigates the assessment of Information in Enterprise structures and its reference to the ROI. He founded the German Society of Information Quality (dgiq e.V.), organizes the annual German Conference for Data and Information Quality, the Round Table Meetings for IQM, he founded the European Institute of Data and Information Quality (eidiq) and was Program Chair of the 10th ICIQ 2005 at MIT. -

Gert-Jan Bruinsma, Senior CRM consultant (36) at T-Systems Nederland B.V., has more than 10 years experience in CRM. In 2001 he joined T-Systems Nederland as a CRM consultant. T-Systems is the business customer brand of Deutsche Telekom.
With 56,000 employees, T-Systems offers – as one of few worldwide service providers – integrated ICT solutions from a single source. Hosted campaign management is one of the focus solutions of T-Systems Netherlands.
Gert-Jan Bruinsma was involved in several large and complex Campaign Management projects in b-to-b-to-c markets. Prof. Dr. Peter Chamoni is chairman of the German division of the Data Warehouse Institute. As a real scholar Chamoni works at the Department of Technology and Operations management where he fulfills the chair of Economics & Informatics and Operations Research at the University of Duisburg-Essen. Also he is liaised to the Mercator School of Management.

About Pieter Stroop
Pieter Stroop is a member of the management team of Experian Nederland and responsible for Experian’s data quality solutions in the Netherlands. Besides, he is a member of the data quality commission of the DDMA (Dutch Dialogue for Marketing Association), co-organizer of the DDMA Data Quality Day and one of the first supporters of the DDMA Data Quality Award. At Experian Stroop founded the data quality department, which did not exist in the Netherlands until 2003. Before working for Experian Pieter Stroop was founder of the first database marketing organization in Kiev, Ukraine. The data entry department of this company developed the first standardized Ukrainian postal code table, which is still the standard of the entire DM and data entry industry of this ex- Soviet country with 48 million inhabitants.
Pieter Stroop speaks regularly about data quality subjects at events like the annual Masterclass Data Quality Management at the Nyenrode Business Universiteit and is a regular host at data quality events. -

About Dr. Marcus Gebauer
Dr. Marcus Gebauer, Data Quality Officer, Director, WestLB AG, Düsseldorf, was, after having studied Physics at the University of Dortmund and Humboldt University in Berlin, responsible from 1997-2001 at WestLB Systems GmbH for software products and projects in the securities domain.
Since 2001 he heads Data Quality Management (DQM) at WestLB AG. The focus of his DQM activities is the implementation of a continuous process for enhancing of data quality within the bank. Among other things, DQM has developed and implemented tools for detecting, solving and measuring data quality issues in a large number of bank internal data management systems.
Dr. Marcus Gebauer is also one of the founders of the German Society for Information and Data Quality (DGIQ) and an active working group on data quality in Germany. He is member of the Advisory Board if finscore SA (Lausanne/ Switzerland) and advisor of the 'School of Computer & Information Science' at University of South Australia (Adelaide/ Australia).

Knorr is the the head of several departments dealing with customer database maintenance, billing processes, VAT and duties and query handling for all sites in Germany.
